The seller committed numerous acts of fraud on the Anandtech forums. He was bad at communication and gave empty promises. Took over a month to resolve this issue. I filed a claim with Paypal and won, but seller had withdrawn funds before claim could be settled. Fortunately there were members of the forum near where the seller is from and I believe that had we not been able to track his location down, we wouldn\'t have heard from him. I tried to befriend him and speak on his behalf, but he actually went back on his word multiple times on how he would refund the money to me. We first decided on goods as a refund, he then decided to go back on that and refunded me through a money order. I would ABOSOLUTELY recommend that if you do deal with him, get him to ship first. do not trade with him. he took my money and others and bought himself a new laptop. he had no intention of shipping any of the items that we purchased from him. at this moment, there is still a paypal claim pending between me and him

Slow Communication, tried to back out of the deal after payment was sent, filed a claim with paypal 1 day after I shipped item, cancelled claim after my response to his claim and never heard from again. Item was delivered, but no responses.
Be carefull of this guy.
